Servings : as a starter for 4 people
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Brie cheese of about 400 g
- 1/2 cup CANNE BERGE Cranberry Onion Confit
- 1/3 cup CANNE BERGE Whole Dried Cranberries
- 1/4 cup CANNE BERGE Maple Cranberry Syrup
- 2 tbsp Pecans
- 2 tbsp. Walnuts
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, combine the cranberry onion confit, whole dried cranberries, walnuts, and cranberry maple syrup.
- Slice the brie in half horizontally and place the bottom half of the cheese in a deep ovenproof dish.
- Add half of the cranberry mixture. Cover with the other half of the brie and add the rest of the topping on top.
- Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
- Serve on baguette bread or on a salad.
