We ship our food products across Quebec via Purolator.
Order Processing & Delivery
- Processing Time: All orders are prepared within 1 to 5 business days after payment is received.
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders are delivered within a maximum of 5 to 7 business days.

✅ Free shipping on orders of $90 or more.
🚚 Shipping fee for orders of $90 or less: $17.49 + taxes.
Other Provinces (Shipping fees apply to all orders)
- Ontario: $19.99 + taxes
- New Brunswick: $19.99 + taxes
- Manitoba: $24.99 + taxes
- Saskatchewan: $24.99 + taxes

Free In-Store Pickup
You can pick up your order free of charge directly at Nutra-Fruit, located at:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve their package. If a package is returned to our warehouse, only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded—shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@nutra-fruit.com. Depending on the situation, we will arrange for an exchange or a refund.
Returns & Refunds
For food safety reasons, returns of food products are not accepted, except in the case of a confirmed defect.
