
INGREDIENTS
- 1 good-sized brie cheese (about 200–250 g)
- 3 tbsp onion and cranberry confit
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup whole dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup maple-glazed pecans Maple Nut
PREPARATION
- Cut the brie in half horizontally.
- Place the bottom half on a baking sheet.
- Fill the center with the onion and cranberry confit.
- Add maple syrup, dried cranberries and pecans.
- Close with the other half of the brie and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot, accompanied by a salad and slices of baguette.
