Melted Brie with cranberries and maple nuts

INGREDIENTS

• 1 good-sized brie cheese (about 200–250 g)
• 3 tbsp onion and cranberry confit CANNE BERGE
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/2 cup CANNE BERGE's whole dried cranberries 
• 1/3 cup maple pecans La Noix d'Érable

PREPARATION

1. Cut the brie in half horizontally.
2. Place the bottom half on a baking sheet.
3. Fill the center with the onion and cranberry confit.
4. Add maple syrup, dried cranberries and pecans.
5. Close with the other half of the brie and cover with aluminum foil.
6. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
7. Serve hot, accompanied by a salad and slices of baguette.
