Melted Brie with cranberries and maple nuts

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the brie in half horizontally.
  2. Place the bottom half on a baking sheet.
  3. Fill the center with the onion and cranberry confit.
  4. Add maple syrup, dried cranberries and pecans.
  5. Close with the other half of the brie and cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, accompanied by a salad and slices of baguette.
