Shrimp, avocado and cranberry ceviche

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl mix the mayonnaise, the onion cranberry confit , the sambal oelek salt and pepper to taste. Cut the mango and avocados into small cubes.
  2. In a serving bowl, place a tablespoon of the spicy mayonnaise mixture. Add the mango cubes and avocado cubes and drizzle with the cranberry, honey and toasted sesame dressing.
  3. Finally, add the fresh coriander leaves.
