INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp CANNE BERGE'S onion and cranberry confit
- 1 tbsp. CANNE BERGE's Cranberry Honey Toasted Sesame Vinaigrette
- 1 Teaspoon Sambal oelek
- 1/2 Avocado, diced
- 1/2 Mango, diced
- 1/2 Cup Northern Shrimp
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander
- Salt and pepper from the mill to taste
PREPARATION
- In a bowl mix the mayonnaise, the onion cranberry confit , the sambal oelek salt and pepper to taste. Cut the mango and avocados into small cubes.
- In a serving bowl, place a tablespoon of the spicy mayonnaise mixture. Add the mango cubes and avocado cubes and drizzle with the cranberry, honey and toasted sesame dressing.
- Finally, add the fresh coriander leaves.
