Salmon, cranberry & almond tartare

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):

  • 200 g of fresh salmon (tartar quality)
  • 2 tbsp. reduced-sugar dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp. coarsely chopped natural almonds
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp chopped French shallot
  • 1 tbsp Asian Sesame Dressing
  • 1 tbsp Ninja sauce (Fitcook)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the salmon into small cubes.
  2. Chop the cranberries, almonds, green onion, shallot and cilantro.
  3. Mix the salmon with the Sesame dressing and the Ninja.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Serve in a cookie cutter. Garnish with fresh cilantro, lime juice, and a little shallot on top.
