INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 200 g of fresh salmon (tartar quality)
- 2 tbsp. reduced-sugar dried cranberries less sugar CANNE BERGE
- 2 tbsp. coarsely chopped natural almonds
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp chopped French shallot
- 1 tbsp Asian Sesame Dressing CANNE BERGE
- 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Teriyaki Sauce by FitCook Foodz
- Juice of 1/2 lime
PREPARATION
- Cut the salmon into small cubes.
- Chop the cranberries, almonds, green onion, shallot and cilantro.
- Mix the salmon with the Sesame dressing and the Ninja.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Serve in a cookie cutter. Garnish with fresh cilantro, lime juice, and a little shallot on top.
