- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Fitcook pancake mix
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup water (adjust as needed)
- Berry Blossom
- Oil for frying
PREPARATION
- Mix together flour, pancake mix, baking powder and salt.
- Add the egg and water, then whisk until you get a smooth, slightly thick batter.
- Coat the Berry Blossoms in the batter.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
