PREPARATION
- Cut the Brie in half lengthwise to form a sandwich. Place one half in an oven-safe dish.
- Spread the onion confit over the Brie. Add dried cranberries and maple pecans.
- Cover with the other half of the Brie. Add more dried cranberries and maple pecans.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until the Brie is melted.
