
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Fitcook pancake mix
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup water (adjust to make a smooth paste)
- Chocolate-covered cranberries
- Frying oil
- Icing sugar or chocolate sauce (optional)
PREPARATION
- Mix together flour, pancake mix, baking powder and salt.
- Add the egg and water, then whisk well to obtain a smooth, not too runny batter.
- Dip the cranberries one by one to coat them well.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Place on absorbent paper.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce, if desired.
