Fried chocolate-covered cranberries

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. Mix together flour, pancake mix, baking powder and salt.
  2. Add the egg and water, then whisk well to obtain a smooth, not too runny batter.
  3. Dip the cranberries one by one to coat them well.
  4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  5. Place on absorbent paper.
  6. Sprinkle with icing sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce, if desired.
