INGREDIENTS
- Small squares of puff pastry
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of 35% cream
- Cranberry sauce by CANNE BERGE
- Brie cheese
PREPARATION
- Place the small squares of puff pastry on a baking sheet.
- Mix the egg and cream until smooth.
- Brush the mixture onto the small squares of puff pastry.
- Add a little cranberry sauce to the center of each square of puff pastry.
- Cut the Brie into small cubes.
- Place a cube of Brie in the center of each square of puff pastry.
- Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until the edges of the puff pastry are golden brown.
