INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup maple-glazed pecans from La Noix d'Érable
- Goat cheese
PREPARATION
- Coarsely chop the dried cranberries and pecans in a food processor. Set half of the mixture aside in a bowl.
- Mix the goat cheese with half of the pecan and cranberry mixture.
- Shape the cheese into a log.
- Roll the cheese log in the remaining half of the pecan and cranberry mixture.
- Slice or serve as is.
