INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups chickpeas
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon FItCook Foodz Passe-Partout seasoning
- 1/4 cup CANNE BERGE concentrated cranberry juice
- Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Serve and garnish with dried cranberries (optional).
