INGREDIENTS
- Pita bread
- Olive oil
- Canne Berge onion confit
- Dried cranberries
- Rosemary
- Brie cheese
- Arugula
- Balsamic vinegar
- Port and maple cranberries
PREPARATION
- Place a pita bread on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Top the pita bread with onion confit, then add the dried cranberries and rosemary.
- Slice the Brie thinly and place it on the pita bread.
- Bake in the oven at 375°F for 10 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, add the arugula, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, and the port and maple cranberries.
