INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz SObr non-alcoholic Bota gin
- Juice of 1/2 grapefruit
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- Rosemary sprigs
- Tonic water
- Ice cubes
PREPARATION
- Combine the Bota gin, grapefruit juice, maple syrup, rosemary, and ice in a shaker. Shake.
- Pour into a glass.
- Add tonic water to taste.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and grapefruit slices.
