INGREDIENTS :
- 50 ml Sobr alcohol-free raspberry-lychee gin
- Juice of half a lime
- Fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- Top up with sparkling water
- Ice cubes + lime wedges for the final twist
PREPARATION :
- Place a few fresh mint leaves and agave syrup in a glass. Gently crush with a pestle or the back of a spoon to release the aromas (without completely crushing the leaves).
- Squeeze the juice of half a lime directly into the glass.
- Add 50 ml of Sobr alcohol-free raspberry lychee gin.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill the drink.
- Top up the glass with sparkling water.
- Stir gently to mix the flavors while preserving the bubbles.
- Add a few extra mint leaves and one or two lime wedges for the finishing touch.
